MDR Build, LLC (Market | Design | Renovate) is a trusted general contractor based in Imperial, Missouri — born out of a passion for building and a desire to provide top-quality interior and exterior remodeling across Greater St. Louis.
MDR was founded by builders with decades of combined experience — people who'd run job sites, managed crews, and seen first-hand what separates a great project from a frustrating one. We started MDR to do it our way: honest estimates, in-house crews, and finishes you'd be proud to show off.
Every estimate is walked by an owner. Every job is run by an in-house project manager. Every crew is on payroll — not subbed out to the lowest bidder.
We're certified installers for the brands we recommend most: Azek, TimberTech, ProVia, StruXure and our ProSource Wholesale trade partnership for kitchen and bath finishes.
Everyday Fair Pricing: we don't run limited-time discounts or inflate a number so it can be marked down. You get the same fair, itemized price whenever you call — this week, next season, or a year from now.

25 years in carpentry across residential, commercial, union and non-union projects. Loves being innovative and challenged with complex builds.
Our process

Final inspection together, plus warranty paperwork.
